Solar Brokers Canada is a North American Renewables brokerage firm that
facilitates residential clean energy services. Founded in 2012, the firm has
rapidly grown from a two-man operation to employ more than 100 to date – with
plans to double in size across multiple locations in 2016. Solar Brokers
Canada’s head office is located down town Toronto, Ontario and is looking to add
students looking to work in the summer on our sales team!
Solar Brokers Canada is seeking to hire motivated and driven Summer Students to
train them on sales strategies, lead generation, and marketing! The entry level
sales agents will work alongside Senior Sales Agents to aid them and the Sales
team in moving the sale process forward. They will be responsible to reaching
out to potential clients and educating them on the benefits of going green and
investing in Solar. They will also be responsible for supporting various
Marketing Campaigns throughout the year. If you have a passion for the
environment and you’re a natural at connecting with people over the phone and
in person, this position is for you!
Responsibilities:
• Aggressively seek to generate leads (phone, emails, social media, canvassing,
trade shows)
• Conduct high level conversations with potential clients
• Schedule meetings with warm leads for Senior Sales Agents
• Organize all client information on organization CRM
• Support various company marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track of success
• Confident and persuasive personality
• Motivated self-starter
