- Recommended
a minimum of 1 year experience preferably in Manufacturing Industry,
Delivery - service
or in a similar field. - Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration with major in Marketing or in related
field. - Highly
developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing and
negotiation - Highly
developed cultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse
backgrounds - and
cultures - Customer-centricity
- Experience
of building personal networks, resulting in securing significant new
opportunities for - the
organisation - Good
analytical skills. Effective negotiator, with the ability to positively
influence cross - departmental
and cross sector working - Resource
management, training , capacity building, coaching, and mentoring skills - Ability
and willingness to dramatically change work practices and hours, and work
