Accountabilities of the role:
- Daily account management
- Providing superior customer service to clients
- Efficient and accurate response to all
requests and within the KPIs - Run, analyse and distribute fleet management
reports - Identify additional sales and cross-selling
opportunities - Support relationship managers to maintain
existing clients and maximise business opportunities
Required skills/experience:
- Novated Lease experience
- Ability to resolve problems in a professional
and timely manner - High attention to detail and record keeping
skills - Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- A passion to be successful and further your
career - The ability to work autonomously and as part
of a team - Excellent written and verbal English
communication skills - Knowledge of operating lease and fleet managed
products and services
