Role Requirements:
- Minimum of ten years in retail with at least
five in multi-site capacity - Managed a large portfolio of sites, preferably
15 – 20 - Experienced in people management, development
and training - Passionate about superior customer service and
driving sales - Ability to work with high volumes of stock
successfully - Innovative thinker, a problem solver & has
ability to drive change - Able to interpret and compile store’s
financial reports - Love to inspire both your Store Managers and
fellow senior management
With very achievable KPI’s and highly lucrative
