Reporting to: Head of Programs
Job Purpose: To advocate for human
rights related to health

Responsibilities:
i. Advocate for the inclusion of the right to
health in the constitution

iii. Analyse policies and laws that promotes or
hinder rights to health for further advocacy

iv. To collect evidence for right to health

v. Assist other department in interpretation of
Local and International Laws and regulations operating within Tanzania
jurisdiction including reviewing of Bills to the Parliament, enacted laws and

vi. Prepare and facilitate litigation against

Qualifications:
Masters degree in any field of Social sciences with
background in LLB
