Assistant Administrator (ITE)
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Production department
• Responsible for department business travel arrangement
• Collate and prepare department reports and minutes of meeting
• Manage filing and distribution of all department official documents
• To perform related ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ level
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in administration / clerical tasks
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
