Ideally, successful candidates for these roles will
have the following.

- Extensive background in management of either
hospitality, retail or restaurant operation - Management qualifications in your chosen field.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal
skills - Extensive customer service skills, diplomacy and
conflict resolution skills - Experience in managing and developing effective
work teams - An ability to manage and report on financials –
actuals and projected - Provide training and mentoring support for new
workers - Proven ability to work on the shop floor
alongside your team, as necessary.
