Our client is a Japanese MNC manufacturer and distributors of semicon products, providing essential support to a wide range of local and international clients from various market segments across ASEAN region, China, India and Korea is currently seeking suitable candidates to join them as Service Engineer due to their expansion plan
Jobs Responsibilities
• Installation & commissioning of analytical instruments
• Provide start-up training to users
• Trouble-shooting & maintenance of analytical instruments
• Work closely with Sales Division to provide pre-sales and pro-sales service support
• Liaise and work with customers to address service concerns and to solve technical problems
• Prepare service/spare parts quotations to customers’ enquiries
Jobs Requirements
• NITEC / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Frequent regional travel (sometimes with short notice)
• Customer oriented with positive attitude
• Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency
• Preferably possess own transport
