An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and innovative Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary Continuing Care Team. St Vincent’s is currently introducing the ‘Strengths’ Model of Case management, this model emphasises client directed care in the setting of a collaborative relationship.
You are a clinician with an interest in senior clinical leadership and recovery focused case management within a supportive team.
You will be dedicated to providing a high standard of clinical assessment, treatment and support to clients of the St. Vincent’s integrated adult Mental Health Service and their carers demonstrating excellence in discipline specific and recovery-focused case management skills.
You will provide supervision to less experienced Occupational Therapists as well as an opportunity to contribute to the broader Occupation Therapy group at St Vincent’s.
