Responsibilities:
• To deliver tested software through TDD and enjoys programming as a pair.
• To see ‘beyond the code’ and get involved in talking to internal and external customers – translating their requirements into product features.
Requirements:
• With 5 years experience in Java but knowledge of Ruby on Rails will be an added advantage.
• Applicant with OMA-CP, OMA-DM and WAP-Push technologies as well as any experience working in the mobile industry will be preferred.
• Experience in hybrid Scrum/XP with a strong focus on incremental delivery, continuous integration, TDD and pair programming.
• Experience with JUnit, JMock or Mockito, CruiseControl, Hudson, Ant and Maven are strongly preferred.
• Possess strong OO design skills, and experience writing and shipping software products is an added advantage.
• Experience in Servlets, Spring Framework, Hibernate and Toplink mapping onto MSSQL and MySQL databases.
• Experience in GWT is an added advantage
• Server platform: Orion, Tomcat or JBoss
• OS environments: Windows and Linux.
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
