We are currently
seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Operations AM Allocator to join our
team based at Prestons. Reporting to
the local operations supervisor,
this full time position that will see you working Tuesday to Saturday.

Primary role and
duties that are required will be load planning for the Metropolitan division
daily. Local manifest creation to be completed, so as delivery timeslots
and maximum capacity are met. Any issues that may arise that will
impact the customer or receiver must be escalated to your Manager in a timely
and appropriate matter. In addition, you will be required to perform other
relevant tasks as directed by your Manager to ensure the overall smooth running
of the department.

This role requires
an open & direct communicator who is focused to ensure that the company’s
internal & external customer’s expectations are achieved and maintained.

You will be
responsible for:

· Creating
Metropolitan load plans

· Scheduling load
plans to ensure they are running at maximum capacity

· Ensuring load will
meet customer’s delivery timeslots

· Follow company
compliance procedures

· Liaising with our
transit dock

The successful
applicant will have:

· Working knowledge
of linehaul & metropolitan operations
