Australia’s
leading Architectural Glass specialist are looking for a specification sales
representative grow their products into the architectural and construction
markets. This company offer a premium product (Smartglass / Swtichable
Glass) and have a great reputation in the market as they are pioneers with this
product in Australia.

The
Role:-

The
main objective within the role will be to create relationships with
architectural firms that will in turn create opportunities for tender. The
ideal candidate will have experience selling a technical product to the
specifier market and have an existing network of architects which they can
approach.

The
whole state of Victoria will be for you which you can use to grow your
pipeline. Each day will be about presenting the products to different
architectural firms which at the same time create product awareness and
opportunity within the architectural industry.

Duties
and responsibilities-

The
ability to tap into the architectural market and create new contacts.
Strategy
development which will allow growth of the product within the industry.
Regular
reporting of activity and growth progress.
Have
the ability to maintain built relationships while at the same time
continually grow new pipeline.
High
end communication and presentation ability which will be a regular part of
the role.
Maintain
a strong sales pipeline

Requirements:-

The
successful candidate for this role should have:

A
proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
5
years’ experience in an external sales role within the glass industry
(preferred), aluminium framing or similar products into the mentioned
markets.
Very
strong presentation skills both written and spoken and a confident
presence.
Experience
in dealing with specifiers, builders and subcontractors.
High
end negotiation skills
A
thorough understanding of the selling process for in the architectural
space.

client may consider similar backgrounds from within the A and D industry, but
they must be with technical product. ***

Package:
–

On
offer is a base salary $75,000 + Car allowance + Super + Commissions, you will
also be supported by senior management and the national support network.
Company events along with global conferences and also selling one of the best
products on the market. Full product training will also be provided.
