looking for a high quality sales person to work in the residential market,
consulting with prospect customers and providing a solution to their needs. The

or similar, however as long as you have a high quality conversion rate in sales
of any product you will be considered. You must be completely pro-active in
your approach, always looking for your next sale whether the lead is provided
or not.

a further note if you are currently working for more than 2 years in a
commission only role you are really encouraged to apply as we can offer you the
peace of mind of a base salary, car as well as a commission structure that we
are confident will give you better earnings than your current role.

a guideline the salary breakdown will be around $40K base salary + super +
company car or car allowance + uncapped commissions. Our team earns anywhere
from an additional $50-$120K in commission on top of their guaranteed salary.
