Rwanda Nguriza Nshore Project
(RNNP) is a five-year USAID funded project being implemented by DAI, from April
2018 to April 2023.
DAI is seeking quotations for the provision of office cleaning
services for its office space located in Nyarugenge/Kigali City at M. Peace
Plaza, Block B, 10th Floor, for a 12-month period.

DAI is looking for a cleaning
company able to:

- Provide
cleaning services, each morning from Monday to Friday for an office space
measuring around 260 square meters and bathrooms for gents and ladies.
Required cleaning services are due for only 1.5 hours a day, from around
7.30am to 9:00 am. Therefore, the cleaning company must mobilize a
suitable team to accomplish all necessary tasks to meet this timeframe. - Provide
all cleaning supplies (detergent, glass cleaner, disinfectant, polish
product, etc.) and operational material. All materials and supplies should
be eco-friendly.
Cleaning tasks description: generally the scope of work for daily and
routine cleaning service shall include the following:
➢ daily and periodic cleaning of all the
interior surfaces of the office
➢ daily sweeping and mopping of floors,
cleaning of office furniture and equipment including the cleaning of
toilets. (Note: though cleaning of the toilets is the
responsibility of the cleaning company, however, all consumables
to be used by DAI Rwanda Nguriza Nshore project staff in connection with
bathrooms (i.e. toilet papers/tissues, towels, and hand-wash soaps)
are the responsibility of DAI).
➢ Sweeping and mopping
of office space, including the disposal of litter.
➢ cleaning of teacups and water
glasses.
➢ Emptying of dustbins (Note: all
dustbins/garbage bins are to be provided by DAI) and taking the garbage to
the garbage collection center at or around the ground
floor of the office building.
➢ Provision of daily cleaning service;
➢ Monthly deep cleaning and effective control
of pests such as cockroaches, rodents, rats, termites, flies, bees,
hornets, snakes, mosquitoes, ants, etc.
