CIVIL PROJECT MANAGERS -CONSTRUCTION
Macpherson (North East, Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Take the lead in planning, organising, directing , co-ordinating and execute project management activities to ensure the project s full conformance with the design standards, on time, and within budget
To manage appointed consultants -Work together with the support team on awarded contracts
-Resolve related matters with the site management -Resolve issues with clients
-Handover of completed contracts
Requirements:
• Degree in Building Engineering /Structural/Civil
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Design and Build projects
• Experience in approving processes of Government agencies
• Good working knowledge of Building Control Act and subsidiary legislations applicable statutory codes and regulations
• Good working experience in C&S, M&E and ARCHITECTURAL works
