Restless Development Tanzania has successfully secured a number of new
partnerships over the last 12-24 months bringing in over £1 million per annum
from a range of bi-lateral and multi-lateral donors, trusts and foundations and
the private sector. We are also entering in to our new 5 year strategy and we
have ambitious plans to grow both our fundraising income and our programme
outreach. As a result the grant and donor management requirements have become
more complex and varied. This role will support across all grant management
needs working closely with the Fundraising and Partnerships Manager and the Programmes
teams to deliver high quality management of existing grants.
The post holder will be based in the Dar es Salaam office within the
Fundraising and Partnerships team. We are seeking a committed and conscientious
individual to ensure key reporting and implementation deliverables are met, as
well as enhance donor communications to support partnership development. The
post holder will support across a number of different projects including in
particular our civic education, sexual and reproductive health and rights and
livelihoods programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong
coordination, communication and interpersonal skills looking to develop their
fundraising skills within an innovative and growing organisation.
