is a dynamic and growing social enterprise that needs a Country Director who
can lead our core program and prepare u
s for expansion within Rwanda and
throughout East Africa. Resonate unlocks leadership potential of women and
girls in East Africa. Our workshops allow women and girls to develop the
self-confidence and leadership to turn skills and opportunities into action.
For a woman, self-confidence can be the difference between learning a craft and
becoming a social entrepreneur, the difference between having an idea about how
to fix a problem and rallying others to implement community-based solutions.
Our
clients are impact groups focused on women’s skill building and education.
Through a B2B model we incorporate our workshops into their programs in order
to improve our client outcomes, and drive more impact to the women and girls we
both serve. This role requires leadership of our team in Rwanda, and external
relationship building with clients, funders, and government.
