study is a questionnaire. The questionnaire is personally administered and oral
interview also conducted in other to enable the illiterate one participate as
well. The questionnaire comprises of three sections, section A is of the
personal data of the respondent, section B is of the health status of the
respondent and section C derives the awareness of the respondents on the
prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy
