-International applications will be considered for this position.
-The successful applicant will have a PhD in Biochemistry, or a closely related
subject area, and a good understanding of protein chemistry and cell signaling.
An understanding of the principals of biometals is desirable.

Description:
Applications are invited for a Research Associate to join the Biometals Group
within the Diabetes & Nutritional Sciences Division, Franklin-Wilkins
Building, Waterloo Campus at King’s College London. The post is for 3 years and
will be working on a BBSRC funded study looking at the physiological role of
zinc(II) ions in the control of protein tyrosine phosphorylations.
