The
Horizon of Excellence (HOREX) Ltd is a research, consulting and training
company legally registered in 2011 under Rwandan Company Law No. 07/2009 of
27/04/2009. The Horizon of Excellence Ltd is mostly involved in capacity
development activities for individuals and interested organizations (government
entities, NGOs and various Community and faith based organizations such as
churches and cooperatives) to access and make use of the competitive
advantages, and to do their professional jobs in effective and efficient
ways.

of part-time trainers who would be contracted, when needed, to provide training
in the following programs:
- Monitoring
and evaluation (M&E) program - Data
analysis programs - Statistical
software use program - Accounting
software use program
Selection
criteria include the following:

- Having
a university degree (preferably post-graduate) in the domain related tothe
program of your interest; - Proving
your professional training skills and experience of more than 5 years in
the domain similar to that you are applying for; - Proven
practical knowledge of data analysis and use of any of statistical
packages such as STATA, EVIEWS, R, SPSS, SAS, EPI INFO, CsPRO, etc. Those
interested in accounting Software should prove their practical knowledge
and use of QUICKBOOKS and/or SAGE Pastel - Be
flexible enough to make him/herself available when needed
