Our Client

 A specialist consultancy, our client has built their reputation through
hard work and client commitment for over 30 years.  With a key focus on
hydraulic design they pride themselves on providing adaptable and cost
effective design solutions.  With offices through Queensland, they have a
small, tight knit team, many of whom have been with the firm for a number of
years.   

The Role –
Hydraulic Design Engineer

 In this role, you will work closely with the Directors of the firm and,
with time, will play a key role in driving the business forward as there is a
clear succession plan in place for this role to step up.

• Full design and delivery of projects
• Liaise with clients and project stakeholders
• Mentor staff
• Must have a commercially minded focus
• Take advantage of already existing client relationships to build your
profile

Key Criteria

 • A relevant degree combined with solid experience in all areas of
Hydraulic design and engineering
• Someone with a plumbing background along with relevant tertiary qualification
would also be considered
• The ability to ‘think outside the box’ to offer new and innovative solutions
• Good communication skills and the ability to build positive client
relationships
• QBCC or RPEQ would be highly desirable
