Financial Controller to join our Executive Team.
Reporting
directly to, and working closely with the CEO, this position is responsible for
overseeing and directing key support streams across the organisation. You will
provide strategic leadership to create, evolve and implement financial
strategies to facilitate the future success, growth and competitiveness of the
organisation. The management of accounts and administration/reception are also

Your
business acumen and comprehensive experience will complement your ability to
effectively communicate and manage, whilst focussing on the business growth and
sustainability. You will have high level competencies in business and financial
planning, financial reporting, organisation and staff management as well as
project management experience.

To
be successful in this role you will be tertiary qualified in Finance or
Accounting, be a qualified CA/CPA, and have more than five years’ experience in
a finance management role providing support and strategic advice to senior
managers and the Board. You will have excellent communication, relationship
building, and client service skills with an ability to lead, by example and
coach/mentor staff. The ability to develop innovative solutions to reach
organisational goals will be key in this role. Experience and understanding of
aged care funding and regulatory requirements is essential.
