Hills District
A fantastic
opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Real Estate administrator
to work alongside the Director at one of the Hills District best known
agencies.
This role
is crucial to ensuring the smooth running of their extremely
successful team. As the Directors right hand, you will jump in where
required and get the job done without referral and report back. The role
will be liaising on a regular basis with the Sales team, vendors and buyers,
requiring a strong, yet positive and friendly demeanour.
You
will coordinate exchange and settlements, and assist with sales trust accounting.
Working with already established and well developed systems and strategies will
allow you to effe
ctively juggle multiple tasks. The team within the office are
close knit and enjoy supporting each other to get the job done.
The successful
applicant will have a minimum of 6 months experience within a Real Estate
agency. You will be exceedingly well organised and able to proactively
anticipate what is needed each day. Your communications skills are second to
none and you are comfortable speaking with all levels of management and client.
Your computer skills are well honed, in particular your use of the Microsoft
Office system.
