As a Rural Manager, you will report to the Branch Manager and you will be responsible for marketing, growth and credit quality of the region’s rural loan portfolio. You will also be responsible for relationship management of key client accounts.
You must possess:
• High levels of integrity and empathy with the rural sector
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Experience in agribusiness or the rural sector
• Financial analysis skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Demonstrated sales and marketing skills.
• Credit analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Experience in property valuation (desirable).
• Experience in a rural banking account management role, as a Rural Officer or similar in another bank
