Responsibilities:

  • Provide software/hardware
    technical support & troubleshooting.
  • Experience in POS Hardware
    & Networking is added advantage.
  • POS/Desktop Installation,
    configuration, user training and application troubleshooting.
  • Handle and resolve customer
    questions, complaints and offer alternative solutions when appropriate.
  • Maintain a current knowledge
    of supported products and services in the company portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must at least
    posses NITEC/Diploma in Computer Science/IT.
  • Great command of English and
    good confidence when interacting with clients.
  • Work experience in a similar
    position will be considered.
