Responsibilities:
- Provide software/hardware
technical support & troubleshooting. - Experience in POS Hardware
& Networking is added advantage. - POS/Desktop Installation,
configuration, user training and application troubleshooting. - Handle and resolve customer
questions, complaints and offer alternative solutions when appropriate. - Maintain a current knowledge
of supported products and services in the company portfolio.
Requirements:
- Candidate must at least
posses NITEC/Diploma in Computer Science/IT. - Great command of English and
good confidence when interacting with clients. - Work experience in a similar
position will be considered.
