for a full-time Business Affairs person to start immediately, the ideal
candidate will have:

7+ years of work experience in media related business affairs and production
management;

actual language, draft legal language and negotiate;

Solid understanding of Canadian Content Regulations, Canadian funding sources
and tax credits;

Working knowledge of production budgets, production financing and recoupment
structures;

Solid experience of rights and clearance management;
