Our Client

This top-tier client boasts a property team that is a key player in many
of Australia’s most significant and complex property projects. With some of the

The Role

This role will work closely with the supervising Partners to successfully
manage general and complex property matters and projects as well as build and
develop a successful practice in the Brisbane team. Work will be across the
real estate and property spectrum, including:

complex
property acquisitions and disposals;
complex
advice work;
project
management; and
negotiating
and drafting contracts and agreements on a broad range of property and
infrastructure-related projects.

The
role will also involve contributing to the further development of more junior
lawyers within the real estate team.

The Successful Candidate

Our client is seeking a property lawyer with a minimum of 5 years
post-admission experience, to join the busy real estate team at a senior
associate level. As a senior lawyer, technical excellence is expected, as
are proven client relationship management capabilities. Built into this is a need
for strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent time management.

The successful candidate will have experience working with both private
and public companies and government entities, with experience in mining or
major industrial projects highly regarded.
