a talented, enthusiastic, and highly organised Software Engineer with
strong development experience.

Our client is currently looking for a skilled
Software Engineer with C# and .Net experience to take on a major role
in building their next generation gambling products.

Responsibilities:

Work along side experienced games
designers and other developers to design server features
Identify and investigate key game backend
requirements and solutions, including performance, reliability,
scalability and security
Deliver on new software releases of the
highest quality through good design, attention to detail and system
testing based on evolving requirements and on a timely basis
Maintain documentation to support the
operations team
Collaborate with the games designers to
identify and develop server features that support and enhance new and
existing games
Work closely with systems and client platform
engineers to ensure efficient Client/Server Communications
Produce and maintain technical plans
Help define, establish and enforce best
practices for the team

Requirements:

Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in C#
and .Net
Strong knowledge of SQL
Understanding of server and game client
security and best practises
Demonstrable experience in developing highly
scalable client server applications
Strong problem solving skills and
technological adaptability
Demonstrated technical writing and oral communication
skills
Experience in manipulating and analysing
complex, high-volume (large data sets), high-dimensionality data from
varying sources
Experience in analytical modelling
Strong knowledge of statistical methods
generally, and particularly in the areas of modelling and analytics
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Ability to communicate professionally and
effectively as a mediator between all development disciplines, as well as
with upper management
Demonstrated ability to self-prioritize and
execute with minimal supervision
Track record for developing innovative
approaches to solve challenges associated with designing robust highly
scalable systems
Proactive in finding new ways to problem solve
and work with resolutions
