Mortgage Loan Sales Executive
MYR 2500 – 5000 +Bonus and Allowance
Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Selangor

Responsibilities:
To achieve monthly sales target. To generate new leads via cold-calls, blitz and reference from customers for acquisition purposes. To source and book new loan application through various channels. To promote mortgage products and actively cross sell other products. To maintain and uphold service standards set by management and uphold corporate responsibility at all times. To be a team player and willing to take on responsibilities. To ensure compliance and consistency with bank’s Compliance & Control policy.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any Discipline.
• Preferably executives specializing in Financial Services, Banking(Mortgage/Credit Card Sales) or equivalent.
• Age 24 and above.
• BASIC SALARY + COMMISSION RM 2500- RM 5000 per month
• Good network of business contacts and sales experience in financial products are definite advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, performance driven, energetic and highly self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently as well as be a team player.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• 4 Full-Time/ Part-Time position available
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
• PROFICIENCY IN SPOKEN CHINESE LANGUAGE IS A MUST
