Securities Transaction Processing Analyst
Kuala Lumpur – Jalan Ampang
Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and accurate delivery of transaction processing for custody settlement/funds valuation to fulfill its internal and external obligations.
• Provide prompt and professional advice to regional branches to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
• Participate in new release and client testing to ensure seamless transition.
• Work with Customer Service Officer to investigate customer queries and issues ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Initiate and streamline process relating to controls, productivity and regional service enhancements.
• Close monitoring of processing activities and system performance to ensure smooth operations to prevent settlement fails.
• Monitor and track variances in transaction volume to ensure accurate updates in MIS reporting.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in front end processing, settlement or securities operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge in SWIFT and Settlement preferred.
• High proficiency in MS Office software.
• Self-starter with excellent attitude, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good initiative and committed to work.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fast and analytical, meticulous and accurate with attention to details.
• Candidate MUST be flexible to work shift hours between 4.30am – 12am and Public Holiday.
