The research
questionnaire was presented to the project supervisor for meaningful validation
through series of content construction, face validation, criticism and
amendment. Copies of the questionnaire was subjected to test for reliability
using the test and re-test method. In this method, the instrument was
administered to a segment of the population in the study area. The result of
the administration was recorded and after an interval two weeks, the instrument
was administered to another set of people. The two results were the same and
the instrument was considered reliable for data collection.
