Rwanda Limited, holds a 25 year mining licence for the Musha and Ntunga mines
in the prolific tin region of Eastern Rwanda. The company currently extracts
Sn-Ta concentrate and is rapidly increasing production. After strengthening its
financial position, bringing a Mineral Processing Plant on site, we need to

Purpose:
Purpose:
- We
are seeking a highly skilled experienced detail-oriented and organized
manager to join our growing organization. The successful candidate will
manage the company’s supply chain operations for product supplies and
services, overseeing multiple responsibilities. - The
candidate should be committed to securing reliable, high quality, and
cost-effective supplies required to support the company’s operational,
project, and corporate activities. He/she will oversee contract and
procurement approval processes and procedures, inventory levels and
incoming purchases and supplies.

- Identify
and build relationships with quality and reliable suppliers - Negotiate
with external vendors to secure advantageous terms - Ensure
necessary internal approvals ahead of committing the company to purchase
or contractual obligations. - Manage
performance of existing contracts against agreed terms and budget. - Track
and report key performance metrics for the supply chain function against - Collaborate
across all company disciplines to ensure the quality, timing, and
specifications of all supply chain requirements are achieved - Manage
company supply chain risk

- Should
have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics,
Procurement or similar. - Should
have Between 5 to 10 years of experience

- Successful
work experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer, or
another relevant role. - Strong
working knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques and market
understanding. - Exceptional
talent in negotiating and networking. - Outstanding
decision-making and commercial skills and experience. - Able
to drive implementation of the supply chain strategy - Up
to date with industry best practices, energetic, self-starter, with
initiative and willingness to propose pragmatic new ideas and approaches. - Fluency
in both verbal and written English Language as well as Kinyarwanda. - Strong
team builder and leadership - Ability
to prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines and work well under
pressure.
