The HR Consultant / Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant will develop strong working relationships with clients and candidates whilst also maintaining the existing database.
We are seeking 20 candidates who has:
• Any previous TeleSales or HR or recruitment experience would be great
• Must have natural sales / customer service ability – must be able to build relationships over the phone quickly
• Organised, ambitious and professional
Experience in delivering staffing targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Target driven as we provide “uncapped commission”.
People person with strong communications skills.

As Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities include:
Develop new business relationships and actively maintain network of clients
Works directly with new & existing clients to understand their recruitment needs, their requirements & expectations to place the shortlisted qualified candidates.
Recruiting candidates from all of different industries/background.
Provides candidates with client and job information.
Proactively searching, source, identifying, approaching and assessing candidates against our client open vacancies
Pre-screening and telephone screening candidates to assess suitability to the vacancie
Manage candidates through interview process and contract period
Interviews and assesses candidates qualifications and technical abilities through behavioral interviewing, background and reference checks, and skill evaluations.
Supporting the managers throughout the recruitment process
Follows-up and maintaining relationships with all candidates and clients
Proactively present relevant candidates to present to clients
Identifies potential project needs and new candidates through candidate interactions, references and referrals..
Utilize relationship-based sales approach to build lasting business

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources, Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
