Description
This
position will report to the Head of Large Scale Farming, and have a Grower
Technical Representative reporting in.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Support AME business in
achieving set sales target and profitable growth - Manage a selected portfolio of
investor fam operators - Provide strategic business
solutions by developing appropriate business models - Provide expert knowledge and
solutions from Syngenta’s portfolio of products and knowledge, especially
on Syngenta seeds abd crop protection products - Monitor industry activity and
competitor developments and recommend potential solutions - Monitor the departmental budget
- Consult with the client to coordinate
all interactions between the customers and Syngenta and provide
cross-functional support

Candidate
Profile:
- A degree in agriculture,
agricultural sciences or agronomy - Marketing background with
experience in managing key customer portfolio - Considerable industrial and
technical knowledge of agribusiness products and markets
Key

and cross-cultural skills - Fluent in Kiswahili and English
