Project Manager
(Kuala Lumpur – Klang Valley)
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and ensuring the timely completion of the project.
• Liaison with the Client & Consultant on Project matters.
• Keeping track on variation order and claims of contract as well as cost impact feedback information to Project Coordinator and Project Director.
• Implementation on cost control measures to meet with project budget.
• Co-ordinate with QA/QC to ensure quality performance of the project.
• Look after the welfare of workers on project site.
• Ensure timely submission of progress claim.
• Review technical / construction matters and corrective actions.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad, Microsoft Project.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
