Would you like to help engage Canadians in a transformation to a sustainable
energy future?

The Pembina Institute is seeking a motivated, experienced and resourceful
individual to help edit and produce an innovative multi-media (blog, video and
audio) series on green energy. Working under the direction of the

host/producer
of the series you will help write and edit columns, scripts and web content. You
will play a key role in interacting with our audience working extensively with
social media. You will help line up stories, interact with and deliver content
to media partners and work closely with the producer to make the series a
success.

The successful candidate will possess superior popular writing, editing and
production skills. You will have a passion for and knowledge of social media
and really enjoy interacting with people. You should be organized and ready to
meet deadlines under pressure.

Awareness of renewable and clean energy will be an asset as we set out to
produce an 80-part multi-media series on the green energy revolution that is
already underway.

What Can Pembina Offer You?

This is an 11-month contract opportunity with the possibility of being extended
to 22 months pending funding. You will help produce 40 multi-media episodes per
year. Compensation offered is competitive with established non-profit
organizations and will be based on skills, experience and qualifications of the
successful candidate. The position may require travel and requires occasional
work on evenings and weekends. Further contract terms will be discussed with
candidates during the interview process.
