Our client is a specialist Mechanical Building
Services Contractor with a small consulting arm in their Perth office. Their
focus is predominantly on landmark mid to large WA projects across the
commercial and resources sectors. Due to an increasing workload with some exciting
projects, there is an excellent opportunity for an intermediate Building
Services Mechanical Engineer to join their consultancy team.

The Role…
Reporting to the Mechanical Manager, you will work
on a number of diverse projects for a number of high profile commercial
developments. You will be tasked with the preparation and review of detailed
design for mechanical projects, ensuring they meet relevant codes and
standards. You will manage key client relationships, coordinate all
documentation, conduct site inspections and be involved with the tender
process.

Candidate Requirements…
You must hold a tertiary qualification in
Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Engineering with approx. 4 – 8
years’ experience within a contracting and/or consulting environment. You will
be proficient with AutoCAD with exposure to REVIT and CAD-DUCT advantageous. A
sound understanding of relevant Australian Standards is essential along with
strong time management, communication and team player attributes.
