Applicants should have at least 3 yrs of progressively responsible
experience in the following technical areas of HIV and AIDS, OVC, water and

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in related field, Proficiency in spoken and written English
and Chichewa, Strong computer skills with knowledge of Windows operating system
and Microsoft Office applications, Ability to work as a team member and prior
experience working in a multi-cultural setting, preferably with a US Government
agency or other International Organisation, Thorough understanding of Malawian
history and culture, Ability to work within the constraints and opportunities
of in Integrated Village-Based Training Program, Experience in extension
methodology, Significant adult training experience including participatory
methodologies, Demonstrate maturity and professionalism
