Applicants must have at least 3 to 5
yrs of substantive experience in monitoring and Evaluation, Must have completed
secondary school and an advanced diploma, Must have a good working knowledge of
the English language (spoken and written), Must have excellent organisational,
communication and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work with
other staff as a team, Must have a strong data analysis skills and strong
writing skills, Must have a demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural setting,
Must be computer literate and proficient in Excel, Word and other data bases
e.g. Access
