We are now inviting dedicated and committed individuals to join our team as:
Product Quality Engineer (Based in Batam)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for process capability studies, improvement activities and failure analysis of defects
• Take charge of various projects such as yield improvement and cost reduction projects and prepare reports on a regular basis
• Responsible for quality management activities
• Liaise with various functional departments and customers on quality related issues or customer claimsWork closely with suppliers to improve the quality of materials
• Provide training for production assistants
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Min 2 years relevant experiences in manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of and experience in quality management
• Project management and analytical skills are essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication & problem solving skills with leadership capabilities
• Able to speak Bahasa Indonesian
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
