More specifically, the consultant will be required to:
* Provide all background documents and understand the Liberian context
* Lead and contribute to design meetings via Skype/phone and in person
* Lead in the identification, screening and recruitment of key proposed staff
* Contribute to technical writing as well as all aspects of the proposal’s technical and cost design
* Responsible for integrating technical writing pieces from subject matter experts and partners into a coherent, responsive technical approach narrative
* Responsible for accuracy, currency and quality of the final technical approach
* Responsible for the design of the cost and pricing strategy
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Proposal Manager
o Min. experience 5 years
This consultant may be based in Liberia or another location, according to proposal development needs.
