You will work closely with the Service Desk,
Technical and Application teams as well as Project Management to identify and
deliver service improvements as well as change controls to manage the risks and
impacts of change management alongside other ITIL disciplines. Your role will
be key to ensuring all services introduced from project to live are delivered
managed, securely and successfully.
