Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the consultant in the clinic
- Opening & closing the clinic, to obtain
the key from security office - Ensure patient’s medical record and
relevant document is available prior to commencement of clinic - Assist consultant in procedure and
maintains patient privacy at all times - Direct patient to respective diagnostic
department for investigation and treatment - Ensure follow-up appointments are issued,
explained and keyed in HIS accordingly - Facilitate patient on admission to ward
- Answer telephone calls and direct calls to
consultant when necessary - Maintain clinic and procedure room
cleanliness and tidiness upon utilizing - Ensure items used (e.g.: consumables,
procedures) are charged accordingly via CIS system - Ensure adequate supplies (e.g.:
consumables, equipment etc.) prior to commencement of clinic - Maintain patient’s records private and
confidential at all times - Maintain systematic filling and dispatch to
Medical Record Dept. - All clinic assistant shall be made aware
and follow formal relationships, lines of communication and authority as
depicted on the organizational chart - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min SPM
- Min 2 years of related experiences in
clinics - Able to speak English
- Able to work independently
