Client responsibilities
• Participate in Financial Services Risk Management engagements
• Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
• Participate in business development initiative
• Build strong internal relationships within Advisory and across other services.
You will have relevant experience within OPERATIONAL RISK
Operational Risk
• Relevant experience in banking/capital markets at a commercial bank with a well developed credit risk management infrastructure or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services company
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of quantitative risk management approach, eg, economic capital, operational, credit and market risk
• Capital management design and implementation
• Risk-based performance measurement methodology design and implementation
• Organisational and business process re-engineering design and implementation
• Highly professional with ability to work in challenging, diverse and evolving client environments
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Self motivated with lots of energy and drive
• Experience within a consultancy environment and a 2.1 or 1st class honors degree
• Robust presentation skills and professionalism in the face of challenge
• Proven ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Proven client management skills, with the ability to build and develop networks and relationships with both external and internal contacts
• Effective negotiation and communication skills at all levels
• Results orientated approach to delivery
• Report writing and presentations skills
