INTRODUCTION:
OFH is a low profit organization in a Public Private Partnership with the
Ministry of Health and ECOBANK Rwanda with loan funding from GlaxoSmithKline.
Its mission is to improve access to essential medicines and quality health care
at the grassroots using a business sustainable model via a network of
franchised Health Posts.
WANTED;
An honest, energetic, self-driven, flexible, ambitious & dedicated
Logistics Manager. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that stock
management at Head office and all outlets is done professionally, efficiently
and cost effectively within Franchisor and Ministry Of Health guidelines.
Utilizing the LifeSense Electronic portal, you will maintain accurate records
and manage stock levels, ensuring profitability. You will transfer and ensure
that such skills are re-enforced to all users at the front end (Franchisee)
level, embedding these practices into the CFW operating system driving the
business forward. You will also ensure all CFW outlets are fully equipped for
the first time and on-going operations in stock, equipment and furniture, of
high-quality, affordable medicines and products; develop and implement
successful system-wide stock control practices throughout the network and equip
franchisees to conduct self-audits; CFW outlets are internally audited their
assets and their stock levels tally with the system portal and OFH Accounting
systems; work closely with Finance Management to achieve optimum control
measures. You will work in close collaboration with the Suppliers, Technical
Manager; Technical Representatives; Training and Compliance Manager &
Franchisees to ensure timely delivery, avoid stock outs and overstocking.
Essential Qualifications and Competencies
• Valid Class B+ Drivers Licence
• Purchasing and Supply Certification or Equivalent
• Traceable experience in Healthcare Supply Chain/logistics/accounts management
• Computer savvy, experienced in for profit accounting or working with
logistics/stock management systems
• Over 5 years progressive experience in purchasing management an added
advantage.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare background are added advantages
• Willing to travel countrywide and work after normal hours
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English, Kinyarwanda and
French languages
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on qualifications and experience
