As
a Permanent Part Time Support Worker with Nulsen you must be reliable,
committed, flexible and experienced in supporting people with disabilities. If
you are successful for this position you will be supporting five young
individuals, some with high medical needs. This is a spacious, modern home
based in Gosnells.

This
job entails supporting residents with life’s basic activities like eating,
bathing, dressing and going to the toilet. Supporting residents to do things
like enjoying music, trying their hand at painting pictures, making friends,
dancing, going to a concert and even making the odd visit to Adventure World is
also part of the job.

What
you’ll need:

- Experience
supporting people with disabilities - You
must be trained to support Ventilator Dependent Quadriplegic (VDQ)
individuals - Trained
to meet hoisting and personal care needs - The
usual mandatories – A Full Australian Driver’s License, Current First Aid
certificate, a working with children check and a National Police Clearance
less than three months old.
