JOB TITLE: SALES SUPERVISOR
REPORTING TO: DIRECTOR SALES AND MARKETING
Purpose of the position (Brief Summary)
1) Develop, coordinate and plan sales activities.
2) Direct sales team and provide leadership towards achievement of sales objectives.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Supervise and motivate sales executives.
• Assist in the appraisal of sales executives.
• Assist in implementation of sales & marketing strategies.
• Carry-out market intelligence.
• Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
• Initiate, coordinate and develop action plans to penetrate the market.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans.
• Provide professional and excellent customer care services to existing customers.
• Create reports showing sales performance.
