- Qualifications
and experience
- At
least 5 years of working experience in supporting or working with
NGO’s in developing strategic plans and M& E Plans. - Knowledge
and demonstrated capacity to facilitate workshops aimed at
developing strategic plans - Understanding
the Theory of Change and Do no harm - Excellent
writing and analytical skills. - Fluency
English and French is an added advantage - A
Masters or other high qualifications in social sciences is advantageous. - Recruitment
