huge volume of work in the Sydney business.

The Sydney office is the newest office
in Australia having only been established 2years ago. Growing rapidly and
being profitable can be two very different things and as such the initial
12mths was steady at best. With new management in 2014, an improving
economy and subsequent hires we are proud to say that in the first 12months of
the new structure, we have outperformed a number of offices, been awarded
‘Office of the Month’ twice for NES Globally, built the permanent revenue of
the business across a number of sectors and hold revenue records for
Australasia. That might sound arrogant, but those are the facts and we have
worked extremely hard to get the above results and we are super proud of it
too!

currently managing the fit out for our brand new office with the move on
program for late July. This will facilitate the on-boarding of a number of new
hires this year and next and hopefully with even more hard work, a consistent
approach to our service delivery and with a bit of luck, NES will become a very
credible option across a number of new sectors.

Role:

accurate shortlists or key people when required. You will develop a name
for yourself as the go to person for great opportunities, half of which are off
market and exclusive to NES.

business development. You are not a ‘cheesy salesperson’ just trying to
get a deal done any way you can. You value long-term relationships with clients
who see you as a specialist service provider who they trust. You are
personable and professional not afraid to pick up the phone as many times as it
takes to get through to who you think your clients need. You are
trustworthy and genuine and your clients will see you as a very dedicated
individual who will work very hard to get them the best possible result.
