Reporting to the
respective Service Centre Managers, the successful candidates will be
responsible for ensuring that front-line ope
rations are run efficiently in line
with laid down procedures and that customers are offered delightful service
Business Growth – ensuring that sales growth targets on both new and existing
products are met
Customer service – ensuring that the frontline is adequately manned for optimal
service delivery and that queues are effectively managed
Procedural Compliance – managing risks through strict compliance with operating
procedures and guidelines
Staff Training and development – Identifying training needs for frontline
staff, and actively involved in mentoring and coaching of subordinates
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a business related course, Advanced Diploma in
Banking or other related qualifications, with a minimum of 5 yrs experience in
Banking
Self starter, Sales and marketing skills, analytical skills, in depth knowledge
of bank products, Interpersonal skills, credit underwriting, Accounting
Knowledge
